since 2018
In business
We organize offsites, conferences, side events, corporate parties, brand festivals, leadership retreats and marketing events for tech, fintech, AI, gaming and Web3 businesses all over the world
That’s just a few of our 150+ projects.
And many more

Place2PowerUp

Details
Kakheti, Georgia
150 participants
We brought 150 people from a remote team to Kakheti to recharge. The program ran on local traditions: a winery quest, a party at a château and a Georgian gala dinner.

Knights of the Round Melon

Details
Belgrade, Serbia
50 participants
An immersive offsite with a medieval concept: a knights’ tournament, a custom quest around Belgrade, a business session where slides were changed with a sword, bespoke board games and parties in armor.

Playrix21

Details
Yerevan, Armenia
300 participants
For one night we turned the venue into a Vegas-style city for 300 people: our own casino, a game zone with 25 activities, a merch boutique, immersive characters, a cabaret show and headliner Ivan Dorn performing with a kinetic show built specially for that evening.

P2P Tribe

Details
Sapanca, Turkey
180 participants
A tribe formed from the team itself. The identity was built from employees’ handprints. The program followed the tribe’s journey through the elements: a Water night by the pool, an Air night at a forest, a Fire-and-Earth tribal feast, and the Tribe Game on a mountain plateau.

LidoConnect

Details
Bangkok, Thailand
600 participants
Two events in one day: the large-scale LidoConnect conference with 5 stages and 50 speakers by day, and the themed afterparty “The Sense of Ethereum” by night.

Why you can be confident
Here are five reasons why:
We’ve worked with most of our clients for years:
9 in 10 come back and recommend us.
5
Within your budget we find the options with the best value for money and negotiate every line item. That’s why our events look more expensive than they cost, and every dollar spent works for the business.

We respect your budget
and get the most out of it

4
A protected plateau in Turkey where events aren’t allowed: we got permission on the tenth try. The wooden furniture we needed wasn’t for rent anywhere: we found a sawmill nearby and had it made for the project. The restroom supplier pulled out two days before a gala dinner in the mountains: 54 calls later, we had a replacement.

We look for solutions,
not excuses

3
We own the project. You always have the prep roadmap, shared spreadsheets and a budget that is updated the day anything changes. We send the updates ourselves. If we need something from you, we ping you, so you never have to ask “any news on that?”

You won’t have
to micromanage us

2
We don’t hire a local agency or hand tasks off to freelancers. An event in Serbia or Argentina is built by our in-house team: they fly out, set up the venue and run it on the day. Creative, show direction and game design are in-house too.

We build events ourselves,
not with freelancers

1
Straight seams on the merch, an LED screen with no dead pixels, tidy cable management, a clean car and a properly dressed driver, hot dishes served hot. These are our internal standards, and nobody has to explain to us why the chafing dishes shouldn’t be cold.

Our idea of “good”
is the same as yours

The team

One team runs the project from the first meeting to the last airport transfer, and the managers are always right there on site.

Gera

In a single day, she found someone in Georgia to make scented candles with our design in a custom box — a run of just three, with a signature scent for each country.
The day before a dinner, the client wanted more entertainment. That evening Liza assembled a troupe of night creatures, from a vampire to witch makeup artists, costumed them and immersed them in the storyline.
She built a 200-guest “restaurant” on a mountain meadow with no water or electricity. Catering, the bar and equipment came from 25 suppliers in different cities, and Ksenia sourced the furniture piece by piece.
She’ll come up with 30 Love Is–style illustrations for branded bubble gum and find someone to bake beetle-shaped pastries. From merch to installations, Regina pulls it all into one cohesive look.
She was the single point of contact for 200 offsite participants: logistics, transfers, rooming and merch. Not one message went unanswered, and every update got an “ok” back.
The venue sold our date to two companies at once, and Kate made sure it stayed ours. And she’s so upbeat she’ll smile at you even after 20 hours of setup.
She came up with most of our creative concepts, like a survival-reality game in jeeps in the Dubai desert and a tribal game with 12 stations on a plateau in Turkey. Thanks to Tashe, we do it all in-house.
Ayva first “hi”
In charge of miracles
Proactive to the max
A million tasks at once
Queen of details
Never misses a beat
Upbeat in any storm
The creative brain
Uncompromising quality
The stickers were slightly crooked, so we reprinted them all the night before the event. The hotel left 20 tablecloths unironed, and two hours later all were pressed. Gera sets the standard for the whole team.
She single-handedly ran a two-week tech accelerator in San Francisco and built a Jedi quest there for startup founders. Eugenia pumps everyone up, pushes them along and gets it all to the finish line.

What our clients say

about working with us
Natalia | YADRO
When something doesn’t go to plan, they don’t panic, they just find a solution, often without even bothering the client.
Seda | YADRO
They’re full of ideas. You give them even a small piece of the brief, when there’s almost no information yet, and they’re already coming up with something.
Lena | P2P.org
Ayva can do everything themselves: logistics, creative, show direction, production. And all of it at a very high level. One of our top managers used to be a director at one of the biggest marketing agencies, the kind that puts on stadium-scale shows for clients. He said the level of organization was 10.5 out of 10!
Narina | Lido
The way the Ayva team knows how to listen and really hear you, yet isn’t afraid to argue, suggest their own options and persuade, is worth a lot. Hugs, can’t wait for new projects. Working with Ayva is a huge pleasure.
Nata | Lido
From the outside the Ayva team seems soft and sweet, but inside there is enormous strength and professionalism: in how they work, how they solve problems and how they communicate with clients.
Maria | ex. Odgers Berndtson
The Ayva team are some of the best professionals I’ve ever met! Every project we did together stays in my heart as the brightest of events. I recommend, admire and appreciate them!
Alexey | Playrix
The Ayva team has taste and a sense of style, so you can safely trust them with layouts or photo zones. That’s far from true of every agency: often you wince and end up sending a giant sheet of corrections.
Ksenia | Playrix
Ayva works systematically: they keep spreadsheets we actually understand, you open the project and know exactly where to look for what.
Ekaterina | Playrix
The budget is transparent and the management isn’t bloated: in-house staff instead of freelancers, and the most out of every dollar.

Alex | cyber.fund
On behalf of our entire team, thank you for the excellent organization of the event in Oman: the pace was great, the activities were engaging and the locations were truly memorable.
Dasha | SSP Soft
Working with them is a chance to breathe out from the constant pressure: you simply know they have everything under control. And the team has been the same for years, which is great too.
Sasha | Lido
They pulled it off at such a high level, thinking through details we wouldn’t have even imagined.
Stan | P2P.org
The merch was well made and exactly to the designs, and guests kept mentioning the wooden signage all through the event. The whole event left a feeling of care and comfort.

Questions
we get asked

We’re over a thousand people. Can you handle that scale?
What if something doesn’t go to plan?
What does your service include and how much does it cost?
Our team is spread across twenty countries and speaks a dozen languages. Can you handle that?
We need an events partner in Serbia, Armenia, Georgia or Cyprus. Is that you?
What if we don’t have a brief and aren’t quite sure what we want?
Yes, whether it’s a festival, a party or a massive all-company offsite. If there’s something we can’t handle, we’ll tell you honestly and right away.
We handle it on our side. Every element has a plan B. If something goes wrong through our fault, we fix it and cover the cost ourselves, no arguments.
The whole thing: concept and program, budget, venue search and inspection, sourcing and briefing suppliers, scripts and run sheets, participant communications, risk management. Our fee is 15% of the budget; projects start at $70,000
Yes. Participants from different countries, communication in English and Russian, payment to an Armenian or European legal entity. We work with crypto too.
Yes. Our team members live in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia and Cyprus and know the local markets. We have legal entities in these hubs too.
We start with a conversation: what your team is like, why it needs this event, what you’ve done before and what’s definitely off the table. Then we propose the concept, location and format, and you choose. No detailed brief needed.
